St. George’s Dittisham Annual Candle-lit Concert ‘St. George’s Remembers’ on Friday, 2 May at 7.30pm with Blackawton School, Totnes Brass Band, Martin Holland Trio and the young Ditsum Stars.  Jonathan Watts will be on keyboard with Nigel Richards (straight from the Linbury Theatre, Royal Opera House) singing a medley of well-known First World War songs. First World War Commemoration Concert

Concert by the Winkleigh Singers, featuring The Four Seasons String Ensemble, leader Lindsay Braga, and John Marston, organ. This event will mark the centenary of the Assasination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie, the Duchess of Hohnberg, which precipitated the First World War.
