Exercise Wyvern Trench

Exercise ‘Wyvern Trench’ is a ‘War Walk’ on Salisbury Plain Training area to discover the archaeological artefacts from the First World War and see where the 3rd Australian Division conducted its training in preparation for the battle of Messines in 1917.

There will also be a cemetery visit, where some of the soldiers killed during the training are buried, with a chance to hear stories of their deaths.

This tour is suitable for all ages and if the date is not suitable, others are available (visit the website to find out more.)

Each tour can take a maximum of 30 people and places do book up, so please book a ticket for each person wishing to attend.
